This landing is where almost everything and everyone arrives or leaves Monhegan Island. The Elizabeth Ann is one of several boats providing regular ferry service to and from three towns on the mainland. This uncommon view is from a kayak near the island protecting the north side of the harbor. This angle includes a view of the lighthouse.

Photos in the Farmington River gallery come directly from his time kayaking on and around that river.
