Eastern Coastline Canvas Print

Monhegan Island's rugged eastern coastline. This point is the easternmost point of the island. The silhouette of Black Head in front of Whitehead. An island ferry takes an occasional trip around the island. (Can't risk this open ocean in my kayak. And it's even hard to hold the camera steady enough in the rocking ferryboat.)

Photos in the Farmington River gallery come directly from his time kayaking on and around that river. Breathtaking images appear on the river for a short while at the beginning of the day, and many are unique to the sunrise event. The variety that light generates on and in the water is endless.
