It is about a half hour walk through dark woods to reach Pebble Beach in time for the sunrise. On this morning the sun came up on a peaceful sea. This view looks eastward across the northern coast of the island toward Green Point.

Tom Camerons photography is a wonderful adventure that opens up the wild and secret places in our midst. Photos in the Farmington River gallery come directly from his time kayaking on and around that river. Breathtaking images appear on the river for a short while at the beginning of the day, and many are unique to the sunrise event. The variety that light generates on and in the water is endless. Reflection symmetries, unique misty lighting and captured water motion dominate the collection.
