A rare capture of deer and geese on the Farmington River. A doe with 2 faun encounter a flock of geese (only some are shown) as the deer cross a shallow rapid. They all know I'm sitting in my kayak at the bottom of the rapid but are more intent on the issue of sharing the river. A breath-taking miracle image from a long lens hand held in a bobbing kayak.
